General Terms

A booking is preliminary until it has been confirmed by StädWell.

We will return with a booking confirmation, price, and practical details before the assignment.

Cancellation or rescheduling should be communicated as soon as possible.

Late cancellations may incur a fee according to the agreement made at booking.

Pricing is provided based on the agreed quote and invoiced after completed work unless otherwise agreed.

For private customers, prices may be shown after RUT deduction where applicable. For businesses, prices are shown excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.
