Frequently asked questions

The kitchen, including cupboard and drawer interiors, bathroom, floors, skirting boards and accessible windows are covered by the agreed checklist. Conditions in the home and any add-ons are reviewed before the job is confirmed.

Move-out cleaning has a fixed total price for your living-area band, not a price per m²; the page shows the preliminary total. This includes VAT and is already after RUT if you are eligible, so no further RUT deduction should be taken from the displayed amount. Above 200 m², we provide a personal quote.

Yes, furniture and belongings should be moved out before the clean. Access to the home and practical arrangements for electricity and water are agreed in advance.
